Principle: only actions you do will show up in your Recents

Actions reflected on recents:

• File saved to stack
• Annotations added to file
• New stack created
• You accepted access to a shared stack or file
• New stack followed
• Creating, achieving, or deleting a space
• You accepted access to a shared space
